Every time a big corporation takes something out of hands of small businesses OR the Government intervenes it is always disastrous. Maybe not immediately- but trace back to befores and afters and always a net negative. IMHO

Customer service is HISTORY!! Every level every where. Minions wield power as if they were the controlling oligarch. Got a question? They won’t answer you, they won’t help you- they will literally end the call if you persist. Ask for supervisor? LIKELY end the call (or alt below). No clue about customer service. They do NOT care. They get paid whether they work or not. I have had this experience over & over w/telephonic customer support- financial institutions (multiple), healthcare institutions, utility companies, etc. What’s worse is they must “verify“ who you are by requesting everything but a pint of blood for even a general inquiry. Yet they do not disclose that “supervisor” they transfer you to is a AI bot. I don’t know which is worse- runaround from stupid human or a bot!! World SUCKS
