✅All eligible families will receive a new SUN Bucks card. Cards will be mailed in stages across North Carolina throughout June and July to the address on file.
✅ Do not request a replacement card unless you received a card that is now lost, stolen or damaged.
✅ Benefits began loading on cards in June for automatically eligible families. Additional benefits for approved applicants and other eligible households will be issued throughout the summer.
✅Benefits expire 122 days after they are issued and available on your SUN Bucks card, regardless of when the card is activated. You can check your benefit availability date in your ebtEDGE account.
✅Address confirmations and updates may be delayed by email. The fastest way for address changes is to call the SUN Bucks Call center at 1-866-719-0141 and select Option 2.
