I’m starting a “bottom of my watchlist” challenge, with paper money. Bought 1266 shares of $MNTS for $8500+. It was the worst performing stock on my wL today. Let’s see what happens….
Your body wasn’t designed for
constant comfort.
It was built for sunlight before screens.
Real food before ultra-processing.
Movement before convenience.
Periods of hunger before endless
snacking.
Maybe the answer isn’t another hack.
Maybe it’s remembering what made
humans thrive in the first place.
If you consistently lie around you will be depressed.
If you consistently watch screens you will be depressed.
If you consistently eat deep fried-greasy-fatty foods you will be depressed.
If you’re consistently inactive you will be depressed.
If you’re consistently unproductive you will be depressed.
If you consistently abuse alcohol/drugs/porn/gambling you will be depressed.
If you’re consistently doing all of the above you will definitely be depressed.
Make some changes. Start small. Baby steps. ❤️
@PaulaDa58654607@cnnbrk Can you drive when you’re depressed? Can you take physical footsteps? Could you drive yourself to a gym and physically take footsteps into the front door?
Idk what he’s going through at all.
I’ve dealt with a lot in my life, tragic deaths, familial issues, childhood trauma, etc….and again—I’m not a clinical psychologist, but I know to a T that the longer I lay around and watch screens the more and more depressed I get. It has a compounding effect much like compound interest works in investing.
Let’s all get up, get out of our houses, get off the screens, get inside gyms, exercise our bodies, talk to each other, schedule things, move our bodies and live a life. I can’t gauruntee it will work perfectly but I can guarantee it will help, perhaps to a large degree. ❤️
Again, hope he’s ok.
