Reducing the stigma around mens mental health and everything between founded in 2015 by @OliRegan 75% of all suicides are male #DontManUp#MentalHealthAwareness
A year ago I bought clothes online. I prayed there was a 6XL avaliable. I didn’t care the brand or style. I just wanted it to fit. I couldn’t go to regular stores.
Today I can. I want to keep it that way. I’m not better than anyone, just happy I can do what normal people do.
PLEASE STOP TELLING MEN TO MAN UP
Stop shaming them for showing vulnerability and emotion
Everyday in the UK 13 men die by suicide
We need to be supporting the men in our lives, not telling them to man up
Men,you don’t need to man up
Keep talking
You deserve to be heard.
Also how are we supposed to encourage men to talk about their mental health when our PM @BorisJohnson is telling people to “man up” ?
Irresponsible words for someone in a position of power.
Being a man suffering with your mental health or mental illness doesn’t make you any less of:
- a man
- a friend
- a boyfriend
- a husband
- a partner
- a father
- a brother
You are not weak.
Please speak up if you need too.
Never fear being told to man up.
Keep fighting

• "We will win this, together."
• "We will catch you."
• "Fancy a cuppa & a chat?"
