@honest_to_jove Breathe. Stop if you can and concentrate on your breathing. Close your eyes and think about your breathing - slow, deliberate breaths. Try to get back into your body. Feel your toes on the floor and slowly work your way up, feeling the sensations in your body. I hope this passes.
