@HMRCcustomers what should one do if they’ve had a surprise penalty for a tax return the https://t.co/EdCEx1QNuR website says isn’t required? The phone line is closed until 4th September so until then it’s an additional £10/day on top of the £600 fine. Thanks.

@Tesco however could learn a little from @parcelforce. Their driver called my kid a little fkn cnt and so far nobody has really been interested. Told store manager they’ve lost my custom but I guess £150 is a drop in the ocean cos he was like ok cool buh-bye. Which was nice.

Delivery drivers get a bad rep but seriously @parcelforce a MASSIVE shoutout to driver Jamie covering Helston Cornwall. Absolute ray of sunshine, smiley and friendly and always brightens my day ☀️ He’s a gem and will be missed when he leaves 🚚📦🫶
