@Bogey_Down@Timcast lmao no, he didn't have a gun pointed at him. they told him to stop they called the cops and he charged and attacked the guy with the shotgun
@KPaddy19 @JeffOnTheRight @Timcast drywall? nobody trying to steal that. He was looking for something better and would come back later in the night if something caught his eye. the gun wasn't pointed at him
@JeffOnTheRight @KPaddy19@Timcast OK. so the jogger had robbed before and was casing this particular joint to see if anything was worth taking. just trying to explain the rational of a man who would turn and attack a man with a shotgun. he knew he was guilty, had priors and didn't want to go to jail.
@MelanieChristi2 @MattWalshBlog he was shot for charging at and attacking a man with a shotgun (who wasn't pointing it at him) who told him the cops were on the way. He charged because he didn't want to get caught. He grabbed the gun, he attacked, he was shot in the struggle.
@JeffOnTheRight @Timcast trespassing. likely stole the boots he was wearing and the hammer he threw on the ground. He had been there before multiple times too and didn't want to get caught. Maybe the cops would find his stash of copper pipes in his living room.
@cre8flow@Timcast oh so they should tackle him instead? What if the jogger had a gun though? I mean he was arrested before for bringing a fully loaded gun to a high-school ball game. And he attacked them even though they had guns. He could have swung his hammer he stole had they been unarmed
