I didn’t realise Steven Moffat has his own production company.
Hm maybe he could consider pitching for Doctor Who if he took on a Kevin Feige sort of role and not the showrunner itself.
So basically since TipToe finale:
LGBT+ people: omg. Yes. It’s how we feel.
Straight people: what a load of bollocks no one’s gonna lynch ya.
Meanwhile….
It is kinda crazy that potentially they could have been getting ready to announce the new production company if they just went straight to tender last October instead of spending 8 months on an imaginary Christmas special.
You can tell he didn’t leave on good terms because he doesn’t say he enjoyed his time or thank the BBC or Bad Wolf. Just rambles on about how silly the fans are for expecting something they were informed was happening.
Article number 2 in ‘fans being an absolute hinderance for the future of the show because people who could be showrunner are gonna look at stuff like this and wonder why it would be worth the hassle’…
Christ Alive.
“I once announced a #DoctorWho Christmas Special to bait audiences thinking the show had a future, but actually had no intentions to write or produce anything after making Billie Piper the Doctor”
