@BritishGas letting customers down again, no show for appts (4th time) and no contact. Customer services, keep saying not cancelled say nothing that they can do and respond to complaint within 72 hours working day only!

@AldiUK In colindale store went to self serve checkout m. Small amount of goods (would have fitted in basket) I told him I could fit them in a basket but was disabled and couldn't. He told me had to go to till. There were 4 customers with overflowing trollies.

@AldiUK why is it store policy for customers with a small trolley to have to queue up behind number of people with large trolleys as not allowed to use self service tills when 5 of them are empty? I am disabled so can't carry or roll a basket around the store

@takethat can't wait till Friday, hoping for 3rd time lucky. Booked to see GB on 🎂 never made show, fell over 3 months off work. Last year BST saw 8mins before hospital in an ambulance, off for weeks! Tomorrow.... who knows but have told work not to expect me in next week 🤣

@Tesco why can your staff, lie and your Customer Service manager refuse to help saying nothing she can do when home delivery refuse to carry shopping up the stairs. They knew it was up 2 floors
