Saban's teams won by outspending their competition. They did it under the table, as well as legally.

Saban went to a league with a salary cap, failed, and quickly ran back to college with his tail tucked between his legs.

His close friend was the president of the NCAA (Mark Emmert) and allowed Alabama to brazenly cheat. When Emmert retired, and other teams were allowed to pay NIL, what did Saban do?

Quit.

Good riddance to one of the sport's greatest hypocrites.

@BlandrewYT Even if the Switch 2 was a departure from the original and was mini Star Trek Holodeck they would complain because it’s not a PlayStation. They hated the original Switch until it was considered a success. They hated the N64, GameCube, & Wii/WiiU the same way. They hate Nintendo.

@SandstormMcD I would consider all of them commercial failures… Wii-U included. The Steamdeck and all them Switch PC clones are irrelevant niche consoles. With that said I wouldn’t necessarily say the Wii U was a failure in terms of great games. The Switch proves that.
