Sooo Jessi Draper alleges that Dakota told her he planned to leak embarrassing videos of Taylor Frankie Paul to the press, specifically the Barstool video to TMZ. Of course, Dakota’s lawyer denies that he did this.

The commissioner said that Taylor’s volatile behaviour is concerning and that she must be supervised when with the child she shares with Dakota. However, the commissioner was not fully persuaded that Dakota’s actions were solely for child protection. He felt Dakota’s behaviour was calculating rather than reactive, while Taylor’s was reactive and showed an inability to control her emotions.

There is also a lawyer representing their child, and his concerns have not changed since April. He believes Taylor struggles to control herself around children based on past incidents. The Utah Division of Child and Family Services is asking both parents to undergo mental health and domestic violence assessments.

The saddest part is when the child’s lawyer said, “It’s two years that my client has been alive, and for those two years he has been exposed to this over and over again.” If you know anything about early childhood education, ages 0 to 5 are the most critical developmental years, so this is honestly heartbreaking. 💔
