Imagine how the enemies of the West are rubbing their hands after that embarrassing ‘debate’ last night. American politics have never been in worse shape since 1945, and that affects all of us. The Democrats have at most a few weeks to get their act together.
Things the Labour gave my family:
The NHS
Tax Credits/free childcare so I could work
Chance to buy home
Fixed school
Carers leave so I didn't lose my job when mom was dying
Paternity leave
Child trust fund
Things conservative gave us:
£1000 increase on my mortgage each month.
You didn’t stay for the D-Day commemoration. You didn’t turn up for the votes on Owen Paterson or Boris Johnson. You were beaten by Liz Truss. Half of your candidates have given up. And now you talk of surrender?
Complacency about the inevitability of a Labour win terrifies me.
In so many Labour v Tory races, a vote for smaller parties is a vote that helps the Tories.
You only get change if you vote for Labour.

Wonder if it’s ever occurred to Rishi Sunak that a lot of people might just prefer a country that works rather than the tax cuts he keeps banging on about #BBCDebate
Staggering how unrepentant the Tories are.
14yrs. And everything that’s broken is down to them. They reek of corruption, dishonesty and failure.
Yet still so smug, so entitled, so nasty and defiant in the face of their glaring unpopularity.
They’re due such an electoral slapping.
Disappointing? DISAPPOINTING!?!
Shouldn’t the police be investigating? And the independent adviser on the ministerial code? And the independent parliamentary commissioner for standards?
Farage says “Britain is broken”
Well yes. That’s because a bunch of absolute shysters whipped up fear and racism in a country battered by austerity, aggressively silenced opposition and lied their arses off to impose a Brexit that promised control but inevitably delivered chaos.
