@flyspicejet While travelling from Leh to Delhi on SG 8126 on 27 Jul 24 none of the passengers luggage was loaded. Spicejet jet assured that the luggage will be delivered the next day. Your helpline number is always busy. My PNR is UGT66N. Very poor service on your end .

@TheOfficialSBI complaint number 368268960 is unresolved and I get a message that it has been resolved. My debit card is not recived by me since 3 months instead of tracing it simple message that it has been despatched is shown as complaint resolution. Poor customer service.
