The only solution Flipkart has for any inconvenience to customer is 'We apologise the inconvenience caused to you, We will refund your amount'.
There is no action on Seller for giving wrong or damaged products.

Flipkart is becoming the worst Online Shopping Platform nowdays. They are no more concerned about their customers.
I ordered a Crocs Slides on 21st July of Size 10, Flipkart delivered me Size 11, I returned for an exchange with Size 10 again they delivered Size 11.

And after calling their support team you will get the worst possible behaviour from the person who will pick your call. The rudeness they show as if they are paying for our product purchase.
I called on this number 9631537971 and the way Mr. A K Srivastav behaved is speechless.

I am very much dissapointed with my last order from big billion days.
My order showed Open Box Delivery but the delivery person did not accept and returned my package and also after calling so many times to customer care my order gets automatically cancelled.

Happy to share about my yesterday's travel experience in
Train No. 15929(B4-36, Vskp-Tata).
Unexpectedly I got a special service from the Train Pantry.
I was served separate made Tea & Dinner as I had requested for it.
The taste and service was Awesome.🙂🙂😋
