@256diplo@SpireJim Have you ever heard of political satirical cartoonists? It's a widely recognized profession. Figures like Gado, Mabulu, Zapiro, and of course, Spire have all won international awards for their work. Don't expose your ignorance!
Some of these appointments feel like a deliberate mockery of certain regions. What is a near-octogenarian with no tech background whatsoever doing running the ICT docket?

Minister of State for Information-designate, Communications Technology and National Guidance (Information), Hon. Joyce Ssebugwawo, arrived at Parliament for vetting, appearing confident and composed for a role she is already familiar with.
A seasoned leader, she previously served as Mayor of Rubaga Division in Kampala and as National Chairperson of the Forum for Democratic Change (@FDCOfficial1). She is also an aunt (by marriage) to the Nnaabagereka of Buganda Kingdom, Sylvia Nagginda.

@JabarliB37177 Education is a basic human right, not a political favor. You're conflating baseline state duties like funding education with a genuine ideological commitment to women's total liberation and equality.
@SpireJim My brother @SpireJim , I know you as a university Profeessor and you teach many of my friends & relatives. But I also know you as a very good cartoonist with intern'al accolades, at least according to your privious posts. Calling you an artist, was in that spirit. No bad taste.
