Gold didn’t randomly rip 2.5% because a candle looked pretty or because it hit some magic level. There was a very specific headline behind it (geopolitical / risk sentiment shifting), and once that hit, you could literally see the cross-asset reaction right away.

This is the part most retail traders miss: it’s not about staring at the chart harder… it’s about knowing why the flow just changed.
