Most job descriptions are just lists of tasks—but every role exists to solve a specific business problem. If you don’t define that problem, you’re already setting up for a mismatch.

@chapatimistress I don't get how you can be this active on socials and refuce to deliver people's orders and or return their cash! It happened in Dec.. I begged for a week and you delivered half, I am back again to begging for something I have paid for.

@chapatimistress I paid for Chapos on Sunday, and today I am yet to receive them and I have called you 10 times since then. You are not picking.

This is the second time this has happened, where you take cash and you do not deliver and you do not pick up the phones.
