@RedCross No need to apologize to me. One less blood collection today when you are so in need which is heartbreaking. Your staff was still there. I was only 2 mins late. They clearly wanted to get home vs working a little later. Iโll still donate but maybe better training is needed.
@Samanthaa_Jeann Oh man! How horrible! Thanks for taking care of him. The shelter always keeps the dog for 30 days before releasing for that reason. I brought a dog I found there - it took 3 weeks but the owner finally came and got him.
