Wow, 10 years ago you could not give away coastal property & foreclosures kept the lawyers busy. Now, the same attorneys are filing deeds, construction permits & zoning change requests for these same properties. It is great. Lots going on in Port A & Corpus. Labor shortage?

ok, some roads built by Romans over 2000 years ago are still in use. I recently walked down a sidewalk in Victoria, Texas, that was in perfect condition & had a 1928 stencil in it. Don't think we trust these new, fast pour, fast dry, tension slabs. Look at them in 35 years.

Was already a problem but given the natural disasters this year, skilled labor is getting expensive. All the guys that should be electricians, plumbers, framers & HVAC techs are instead working as wine salesman, uber drivers or bloggers for minimum wage
