Order for Oral Arguments at public hearing granted for the next court session (see images of order below), after quashing hearings for April and June.
An attempt by one or more bad actors in the Commonwealth Court to quash our November 2020 Election Fraud appellate case, which has been delayed for over 1,000 days now, was to deny us oral arguments.
Leah and I objected, and filed a motion for reconsideration demanding oral arguments and to enter evidence to correct the record (there were no hearings, discovery, trial or transcripts at the (lower) trial court level in Delaware County).
In the same order, the Commonwealth Court denies an evidentiary hearing to correct the trial record that (then) PA Attorney General Shapiro and Delaware County DA Stollsteimer colluded, perpetrated fraud that they conducted investigations, and retaliated against election fraud http://witnesses. One fight at a time. Single subject, single question requests for rulings on statutory law make it very difficult for courts to quash cases. It takes more time, but worth it.
