@Leo_Traydes Tech is great but those stocks especially $JPM and $XOM are good hedges when rotation happens. I used both of those - sold around ATH for rotation into $MU on dips below $400 and started new positions.

@Liathetrader Yes! It's great for your back and posture. Add some rotation as well for mobility. I try to do it almost 3-4x a week every time before I work out as part of the warm up
