@KPMemberService I appreciate the response, but being discouraged, they have sought out therapy online rather than the insurance they pay for, where they are almost guaranteed someone to talk to.

Had a friend unable to be ref. to a therapist bc they weren’t “currently in a crisis”.

No wonder people don’t reach out & turn to bad ways to cope. You just told them their anxiety/depression is trivial.
