@bookingcom it's been a full week since I was mis-sold a hotel room without any sort of heating. The hotel in question is STILL selling rooms without heating in winter, but advertising them as heated.
@bookingcom - I tried to raise this with someone over the phone the other day, but are you aware that the Belvilla Crewe City Centre Lifestyle hotel is selling rooms and not telling anyone that they have no heating??

@UtilitaEnergy Your arbitrary “proof of purchase” policy left me without power or gas. Can’t open an account, can’t switch providers - you’ve trapped me in limbo. 18+ hours wasted on calls/chat, managers who hang up immediately.
