@josh_petitma Sick, any new big takeaways / productivity boosts?
Your tip of using Orgzly with a separate "mobile capture" file was great. Had to abandon the app previously because all of the annoying conflicts of editing main files directly. :P
3.) A decent size whole foods breakfast. I now make a salad that usually consists of one can of chickpeas (21 grams of protein), mixed greens, healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil or avocado, and some spices / seasonings for flavor. Quick to eat and keeps me full longer.
3 recent major #productivity boosts:
1.) An alarm clock app you have to scan a barcode to shut off. I struggled so many years to wake up early consistently because my morning brain is lazy and clever. By the time I scan that code, I no longer have the urge to go back to bed.
2.) Morning hydration with fresh vegetable juice. Water is fine, but I spice it up by making a fresh juice. I currently aim for 650 ml but I'll probably increase that. I blend vegetables like cucumbers, celery, Ginger, carrots, beets, and maybe a fruit for flavor like an apple.
@forrestjparker Easy to get sucked into your work and never have time for tinkering.
Biggest improvement I'm trying to do is having blocks of time for sketching, coding, tinkering and reading more.
So nice outside but laptop screen glare is making it a struggle. Something tells me these digital nomads working on the beach aren't getting much done. 😅
After ignoring the numpad for my entire life, finally starting to use it and boost my typing speed with it. 😬 Just in time for last minute tax season. https://t.co/9R6f4LGxdZ
