A U.S. appeals court upheld the FCC's approval for SpaceX to deploy thousands of Starlink satellites for space-based broadband.

The court rejected challenges from DISH Network, over signal interference, and an environmental group of amateur astronomers.

This follows a 2022 ruling against a similar challenge to SpaceX's satellite plans.
