Here is perhaps the most important thing I'll saying this evening (full of emotions all around).
Regardless of who wins, we remain an extremely divided nation.
But it doesn't have to be this way.
We can find common ground to help America move forward, even when we disagree.
"People are looking to us - not just in this country, but around the world - to show up and show out. To get the vote out. To advocate on behalf of our families, our friends, the people we love." - @ForOurFuturePA
Make your plan. Talk to your friends. Vote. #AFTvotes
At some point either today or tomorrow, we are told that #BlackBerryMessenger (aka #BBM) will go dark (details are a bit unclear what that will look like). I want to thank @BlackBerry for this great platform.
While there was a time when I had several #BlackBerry contacts, in recent years it has been exclusively used as a platform for me to stay in regular (i.e. daily, on average) contact with my kids, both of whom are adults with families now.
For our kids to learn at their full potential, they need to feel SAFE in schools. There's NO place for racism/sexism/misogyny/transphobia/homophobia/ in our educational institutions.
In 1977 President Carter signed into law the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). It puts billions into underserved communities every year! We can't let lobbyists for #BIGBANKS take away this critical set of tools for #sharedprosperity https://t.co/gz0rCYWWyF #ProtectCRA#WontGoBack
Cara, I just learned of your podcast this morning, via an episode of The Urbanist Agenda (looking at you, @NotJustBikes!) Super happy to add this to my podcast listening. We have so much to learn from each other's best practices AND cautionary tales! [see MAGA/Pierre Poilievre]
This spells out why @meredithmartin and I feel lucky every day that we work with @MikePMoffatt.
The more politicians listen to his expert advice, the faster we'll get out of the housing crisis.
You can listen to him every week at https://t.co/6qmo3VkEJk

@TrueNorthCentre To say that MP Leah Gazan has โequatedโ residential schools and the holocaust in this video clip is either an intentionally gross distortion of the truth or evidence of an inability/unwillingness to understand what she is saying.
