Like many others, been saying it for years.
Anyone who discourages your child from playing multiple sports does not have your child’s best interests in mind.
Period.
If I were an un athletic teenager who wanted to get:
- Faster
- Stronger
- More explosive
Here is exactly what I’d do in 2025 to make sure I start 2026 as a better athlete:
Final score: Michigan 19, No. 11 Alabama 13.
Per SEC directors of disinformation Kirk Herbstreit and Paul Finebaum, Alabama will be awarded the victory because their opinion is that SEC teams are better and scores of games don't matter.
I’ll keep it real with you
The biggest thing holding you back from making progress as an athlete…
Is that you only take training seriously 2-4 months per-year in your “off-season.”
Real development occurs when you work to get stronger, faster & more explosive YEAR ROUND
