@KylieGempler @unlvpg Kylie, I think's it's more important than ever to teach students digital citizenship. Our online communications have continually degenerated and one of the main culprits is twitter. The way many adults use it makes it much harder for us to teach students etiquette.

vicious attack online, many times with Twitter. This has extended now all the way to the White House. In one of the videos a child said, "... don't say mean stuff, can hurt someone's feelings, and gotta be helpful." We see name calling and cyber bullying very #cit602

I haven't run across the phrase Digital Citizenship before. Over the past couple of years I've become much concerned as it appears as though we've had a degradation in digital citizenship. It seems as though we've moved past simply disagreeing with someone #cit602

Module 2 is fun taking that walk back on technology memory lane. I go way back to the Atari and pong as my first technology. From the readings I really like the idea of letting the students discover with technology some our ideas for that day.

@MyInfo70059909 I've been tutoring math and I ran across who has a teacher that has a video for each lesson that she does. My student would go back and watch them and I assume students that missed class could watch them (if they took the time!).
