@Devsthetix My biggest gains came when I dropped all my weight I was pushing lower. I did a hard reset of form and time under tension. Then started working my way back up.
@AFitTrader I think people should workout in whatever shoes they like. A lot of it depends on the type of exercise’s you do. I like both but I can afford both. Some people don’t have the resources to buy everything that is needed or wanted.
@speaklifexx 3hrs is too long but I could understand it. You go to failure on sets of 5 to 8 reps. Super heavy. Some people rest 3 to 5 minutes. I rest 3. People that rest like 1 minute are gym 🤡.
@troopah_matt I’ve ate Monday through Friday for lunch for the last two months. No issues. Although I can eat pretty much anything and not be bothered.
@rachaelbereba If you take the easy route, results don’t last. If you stay consistent, you will surprise yourself by how good you feel as you age. Don’t ever compare yourself to anyone else. Social media has too many filters, lighting, peptides, TRT.
