Whilst Mnangagwa has created a constitutional crisis by illegally extending Chief Justice Malaba’s term, a side show is brewing with attempts to exhume Mugabe’s body.

His family accuses Mnangagwa for this morbid attempt which African diplomats are saying would be an abomination.

Zimbabwe's Chief Justice Luke Malaba has been taken to court by a Harare lawyer Musa Kika battling to stop him from benefitting from an illegal tenure extension beyond 70. Kika says Malaba should cease by operation of law to be chief justice at midnight 15 May.
