@NETGEAR I have a subscription to your Armor product and I wanted to cancel it. Your website allowed me to turn off autorenewal but not cancel. Then on July 28th I received a notification that my subscription had been renewed at $99 plus tax. According to the email I received I needed to create a support ticket to get a refund. My support ticket has been sitting at "in progress" since the 28th. Please inform me how I can cancel this subscription and get a refund, or I'll dispute the transaction with American Express
