@jsolomonReports The best thing that we can do is to, gradually, replace gasoline with natural gas as a fuel for motor vehicles. Give vehicle manufacturers a 5 year advance notice of implementation. This gives the fuel industry time to create the added infrastructure.

@BoSnerdley Surprised that we don't hear of more of these incidents. Many illegal aliens have a license and don't have a working knowledge of traffic laws. I see this every day. Very few are aware of child safety seat requirements, as well as, many other laws.
