Robert Axelrod was one of those voices many fans grew up hearing across anime dubs, 90s television, and pop culture. From Lord Zedd and Finster in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to Wizardmon and Armadillomon in Digimon, his voice became part of countless childhood memories.

He passed away in 2019 at the age of 70, after a career that included more than 150 characters.

Some of his most unforgettable roles include:

We just lost another legend today 😔

Riichi Seike, a veteran suit actor, actor, action director, and fight choreographer with Japan Action Enterprise, sadly passed away at 59 due to cancer, according to reports confirmed through JAE.

For decades, Seike helped shape the physical identity of Toei tokusatsu. Oricon noted his debut in Dengeki Sentai Changeman in 1985, along with major suit and action work across Super Sentai, including Shinkenger, Donbrothers, King-Ohger, and Boonboomger.

Some of his notable roles are:
• Space Sheriff Sharivan
• Geki Violet
• Shadow Moon
• Waruido Spindo
• Juzo Fuwa
and many more!

Fans may not always see the person inside the suit, but performers like Seike are the reason these characters feel alive—the stance, the impact, the movement, and the presence.
