I’m a physician (nephrologist) + full-stack developer, and we built an EMR + real-time diabetes management system connecting our patients, to our doctors and nurse 24/7. It analyzes meal photos, ask about glicemyc levels, helps estimate calories, teachs about diabetes the patients, anwser questions, supports medication/diet adjustments, and automates most care workflows over WhatsApp automatically.

We already have 300+ type 2 diabetes patients in treatment, and so far we’ve reduced average HbA1c by ~3%. More quality of life, and increased survival. At very low cost compared to a intensive doctor consultaltion.
