Payton Pritchard says that when the Celtics played the 76ers last season, Allen Iverson tapped him on the shoulder and delivered this message:

“You’re the coldest white boy I’ve ever seen.” 👀

Former teammate Blake Griffin commented on the Jayson Tatum-Jaylen Brown drama:

"I just feel a little bit disappointed, and I think watching that clip and hearing Jayson talk, you can hear the disappointment in his voice... Being their teammate, being inside the locker room, I know JT cares about him."

"Both of them should keep in perspective what they've accomplished and not be short-sighted about what has happened over the offseason. Their relationship is special. It's not often guys have those types of careers and win a championship for a storied franchise like Boston."

Jayson Tatum was in Vegas when he learned that Jaylen Brown was traded:

“You traded him down the street?”

He then discussed their legacy:

“When it was time to go to war, I looked to my left & my right and No. 7 was there, I knew that he was going to do whatever it took for us”

@DanKelley66 This made me SMH, but when he said post-game that he doesn't change diapers ("my girl take care all that") I SMH'd even more 🤷🏾‍♂️

Perfect response by Ernie Johnson: "You don't know what you're missing" ❤️

[Dan Kelley @DanKelley66]

3 things....

1. The Boston Celtics have played 1.2% of their regular season schedule

2. They've played 0 home games

3. They will be really good this season

[Jack Simone @JackSimoneNBA]

Quick Celtics thoughts after that one:

- Not nearly enough from Tatum
- PG looks great
- Half-court defense awesome, full-court defense bad
- Pritchard needs to play more
- Bigs weren't great
- Have to be able to find a way around ball pressure

[Adrian Mendoza @DozaThreeTwoOne]

It's just one game. Paul George looked great. Mitchell Robinson played through an injury. Payton Pritchard was Payton Pritchard. Jayson Tatum will be Jayson Tatum. #Celtics ☘️

The #Patriots are opening the practice window for WR AJ Brown, coach Mike Vrabel told reporters. Brown, who remains on IR, has been pushing to practice this week. May be a bit early to return from a high-ankle sprain, but he’s trying.

Boston Celtics guard Payton Pritchard has agreed to a two-year, $44.2 million contract extension, plus a mutual option in the 2029-30 season, CAA Co-Head of Basketball Austin Brown and agent Max Saidman tell ESPN.

Our Patriots over the Raiders and the 49ers over the Seahawks were amazing games today.

Kevin Harlan and Tom Brady are GOATS.

Kevin, the Doug Flutie drop-kick was at Gillette, not the old stadium.

TB12, Gronk used to say, "KICK him out the club", not just "out the club".

Bill Russell. Larry Bird. Paul Pierce. Kevin Garnett. Ray Allen. Bob Cousy. John Havlicek. Kevin McHale. Robert Parish. Sam Jones. Tommy Heinsohn. Dave Cowens. Dennis Johnson. Bill Sharman. Jo Jo White.

The Celtics' 75th Anniversary Team is absurd.

#Patriots HC Mike Vrabel in the locker room after the win:

“We are gonna fight until they cut our f***ing hands off, okay? I promise you. Until they f***ing chop ‘em off, we’re gonna f***ing fight and we’re gonna f***ing swing.”
