Ocado’s apology - a £25 voucher off a future shop!! Our child improved later that week so we got to go home, my sister came to the rescue and did our food shop so we could feed 10 at Christmas and the guests who were staying for a week. (5/6)
I’m not normally one to complain about companies on social media, but here’s a thread on why you shouldn’t do your Christmas Shop with @Ocado. I booked our Christmas slot months ago, for Tuesday 20th December. As it happened, we had a child in hospital with flu last week, (1/6)
the driver ran out of time and had to head back to the depot. There are no more slots so we have cancelled your order.” At this point, 3 days into sitting at the bedside of a sick child, this felt like yet another side swipe. (4/6)
10pm rolls by and we get a text to say Paul in plum van was running 30-60 minutes late but not to worry. Midnight comes then 1am. Nothing, no delivery, no phone call. The next morning we try calling, but can’t get through. Eventually, I get a response on the chat. “Sorry, (3/6)

The lighthouse is an important symbol for our curriculum at St. Thomas’. These two have been working so hard over half term to create this amazing lego lighthouse with its own light up and moving beacon! It will look brilliant on display in our foyer! @LDSTEducation@LEGO_Group
I'm finding it to hard to process what we have seen today. Awe-inspiring ceremonial. Heart-stopping music. Beautifully crafted liturgy. Powerful Gospel proclamation from @JustinWelby. It's been overwhelming. But through it all such a sense hope and healing.
We knew it was coming but I can't believe how desolate I feel. She was the glue that held this country together. My sincere condolences to her family.
