Stop telling people who get into DO schools and want to do a “competitive specialty” to not do it. You can still get into a competitive specialty. My class had a significant amount matched into radiology, ortho, etc. Please stop saying that it's impossible.

FM- never thought of it like that.

Message- if limiting your lifestyle is not the move, add precautions.

FM- But I've been so cautious
me- not really. (then I listed the things I knew the did this week)
FM- right, but we have to live & enjoy life
me- Definitely, but labeling it as cautious stops you from
