지난 역사 속에서 일어난 수많은 비극은 인권의 소중함이 무엇보다 최고이자 최선의 가치임을 가르쳐 주었습니다 .

뼈아픈 상처 위에 남겨진 교훈을 반복된 참혹극으로 되풀이 해서는 안됩니다. 그래야 인류 모두가 상생하는 화해와 협력의 미래로 나아갈 수 있습니다.

어떤 이유에서든 어디에서든 인권은 최후의 보루이며 무엇과도 바꿀 수 없는 가치입니다.
