The brain and the heart have built in...
Self-destruction mechanisms.
That force you to evolve...
If you rely on one of them too much.
This looks like...
Tunnel vision.
For those who rely too much on heart intelligence.
Heart based intelligence will become self destructive when you become so empathetic...
And so deeply want to solve a problem.
That you run with the most obvious solution presented.
Without fully considering the depth of the problem.
Or the relative size of it.
Which leads you to overlook the fact that...
The solution is going to be as destructive as the problem your trying to solve.
And your empathy turns into self destruction.
This might look like trying to save the planet...
By removing all the CO2.
Without considering that plants thrive on CO2.
Or that humans are carbon based.
On the other side of the coin...
Are individuals who are dominantly led by logic and reason.
The brain based individuals.
They self destruct in a different way.
They are so rational... the they hit a point where...
They become irrational.
These individuals tend to overlook the impact of their rational thinking in real life scenarios.
When consciousness, emotions and other variables are involved.
These are the individuals who would shut down the world.
For a virus with a less than 1% death rate.
Most of the world is filled with this kind of self destructive behavior.
Because we've built a world of thinkers and not feelers.
This is a part of reason why there are...
Thousands of laws.
And other market inefficiencies that are destroying the human morale.
Because society builds "rational" systems.
That look good on paper...
And even on the spreadsheets.
But when you add in real conscious players...
It's an irrational design at the very core.
Capitalism, Communism, etc.
These are some examples we've already seen of this.
It lacks a full understanding of how energy moves through people, systems and societies.
Whether we're talking about scenario A or B....
This built in self destruction process...
Is a evolutionary mechanism of consciousness.
It is meant to nudge you to evolve.
The way it does this is by allowing your intelligence to solve the low hanging problems easily.
But over time...
The problems get harder.
And if you don't change your methods.
You will start to incur a debt in your system.
This debt will accumulate and build pressure as you continue to use the wrong techniques.
This pressure looks like support structures in the system failing.
Demoralization of people.
Tension amongst individuals.
And all other signs that point to a lack of harmony.
Eventually the problem will become so obvious...
That it cannot escape your attention.
This is when you have a choice to make.
You either muster the courage to change and find new solutions.
Or you self destruct.
In this case...
The solution is a matter of integration.
Learning to use the heart and brain together.
Both individually and collectively.
Right now the weak hand intelligence for the world...
Is the heart.
And this is what needs to be developed.
Because it is the seat of the soul.
As opposed to the brain, which is the seat of the ego.
Across the world...
We look at GDP as a measure of the success of a country.
But is this really what we should care about?
Especially when we know that...
GDP goes up, when war goes up?
It's a false signal of health.
Maybe our leading indicator should be measuring something else?
What about questions like...
How many people in a country are fulfilled?
Or how many feel like they are living in their purpose?
This is what it looks like...
To integrate the heart based questions more deeply into society.
Because...
Who gives a shit about GDP and emissions...
When the people are miserable.
They are self destructive illusions of progress.
Real solutions...
Will appear when we evolve beyond thinking that is...
Rationally irrational.
Or limited by tunnel vision.
These solutions have first principles in love.
Not profit.
