@MySamsonite Two weeks after contacting Samsonite about this faield wheel on a case bought well under ten years ago, no reply! Three pics show disintegrated wheel, good wheel and the front of the case. Why pay for so much more for 'premium' brands like Samsonite?
@British_Airways So, according to AirlineQuality/TrustPilot etc, BA came third from bottom on long-haul flights quality. Short haul is not great, even in Business Class. VERY over-priced for the offering currently.๐ข
@British_Airways Why have my wife and I not received the normal Tier Points for our flights to and from Tenerife that completed over a week ago? We both received 'bonus' Tier Points, but not the actual ones. You claim page doesn't work 'cus I put the numbers in twice to check.
@British_Airways I have CANCELLED the holiday. I don't want or need your help. I am just pointing out how bad your service is on this route so that others don't waste their time with BA on this route. Or put up with a stealth price hike.
@British_Airways LHR from Chicago last Saturday morning, but Tier points and Avios not credited to account. Tried to claim them, but the website says - 'Error: You can claim missing Avios 3 days after a flight has departed'. Is BA just avoiding crediting points deliberately?
@British_Airways Oh, and EVERY flight that I have booked on that route has changed. Cancelled or moved to a different day, or to a less favourable time. Shocking route for BA.
@British_Airways I booked flights and hire car for 2 weeks in Valencia, but BA moved the out flight back 1 day and the return forward 2 days. Losing three days holiday. Same price. Why did they expect me to pay the same for the hire car for 3 fewer days? Stupid. CANCELLLED.
@MeliaHotelsInt@Melia_Rewards@Melia are having a 'sale'. Unfortuneately, the prices of the same rooms are around 40% HIGHER than last year, and that is after their so-called discount! I see empty hotels in their future.
@MeliaHotelsInt the updated MeliaRewards app doesn't have any of my data in it, including my Platinum Status. That's after logging in. Does no-one test it before release.
@British_Airways Shocking reliability (2:40 late 4th Jan, cancelled 7th Dec), no tier points for flights taken a month ago (shocking after-sales service despite three interactions), now can't complete bookings on web or app. WTF is wrong with you?
@eilker1917@British_Airways You are really just wasting your time with their customer service now. Write them off and book better value flights elsewhere as @British_Airways don't value their customers or aim to provide even basic after-sales service.
@sxdneytxylors@British_Airways Exactly the same thing happened to me and I have been waiting a month to be credited the tier points (and their doubling for holiday) for a month. Service is minimal or non-existent. @British_Airways is careering towards the cliff edge...........v
@British_Airways@British_Airways I have contacted you twice over the past three weeks about the problem with Tier Points from replacement flights after a cancellation. Nothing has been done. With the service this poor and the changes to the loyalty scheme - why stay?
@British_Airways Due to fly back from TFS last Saturday, but was cancelled. Came back next day via Madrid. No Tier points for the return journey. Claim for expenses closed, but no e-mail (I checked spam) to say what's happening and no money. What a way to treat a Gold Member!
