@virginmedia Do you want to explain to me why, when I've spent the last two days on the phone or online chat trying to get an answer as to when you expect to fix yet another area fault, your staff think it's acceptable to end the call when I ask to be put through to complaints?

@virginmedia Your outage checker says nothing is wrong in our area, but your customer service advisers are saying there is an area fault, but you don't know what it is or when it'll be fixed. So which is it? Or are you just picking random excuses out of a hat at this point?
