I joined Merkle not for the hype, but for its core vision: building robust infrastructure for retail traders, prioritizing top-tier UI/UX over superficial clout. It's undeniably one of DeFi's most grounded projects, laser-focused on delivering real value to users.

2/5: The Team's Unrelenting Fight 💪

Behind the scenes, I watched the team grapple with tough decisions, late nights, and uncomfortable truths, no shortcuts, no excuses. They fought tirelessly for users and integrity, even when outcomes were uncertain. That resilience inspired me every day and thank you for embodying true hustle in Web3!

3/5: Trusted with Real Responsibility 🤝

Merkle didn't confine me to mere updates; they empowered me to manage community sentiment during volatile periods, communicate clearly in uncertain times, translate internal decisions for external audiences, and represent the protocol publicly with full accountability. I'm honored to have championed Merkle at IRL events across Africa! My only regret was not being a able to meet the @yeptos , @PepWorldo , Liam, @jennyukim_eth , @wild_cubby and Luke live(it was supposed to happen this year 😢)

4/5: Learning from Sharp Minds 🌱🧠

Collaborating with innovative leaders like @yeptos honed my expertise in DeFi, community operations, Aptos technology, and more. They taught me the art of knowing when to speak, when to listen, and how to convey difficult messages without eroding trust. Their support for my KOL journey was transformative; these lessons will outlast any project wind-down. Merkle gave me wings to fly!

Only First Class and Second Class Upper graduates should qualify to become teachers. Teachers’ starting salaries should be a minimum of ₦500,000 per month.

Teachers should be required to take professional qualification examinations every two years.

There should be an Education Bank where teachers can access very low-interest loans for car financing, home financing and other essential needs.

Teaching should be one of the most prestigious and highly respected professions in the country.
