@tlrobinson41 In my experience, I found a fine line to balance between affording the patient adequate information & not overwhelm them with "information overload".
Now I ask them to keep a notebook for things they might need clarity on and schedule a second consultation.

@ntandazo_sogoni @Kaaavin_ Hi Kaaavin.....May I suggest that the mother urgently takes the child to the nearest hospital preferably where there is a Maxillo-Facial Surgeon. It's an abscess & needs drainage for it to resolve. It can go south very quickly if not attended to. All the best! #OralHealthMonth

An individual's name along with their face is their unique form of identification. It defines an individual's psychosocial existence and body image. A name is a construct that shouldn't be taken for granted.
