@MAKBOT@Plutus_Support I guess technically yes. But when a company has to do a presentation to explain what you’re actually getting for your money (TL:DR = nothing) I’m not sure it is successful
@plutus Damn, a lot of paid accounts in these comments. Anyway, 1 plu + £8 fee for a £10 gift card does not make 1 plu worth £10. And yes I’m aware there’s *few* mostly crappy gift cards which don’t have fees
@RossPal70007909 @plutus@Jasperctay@DDhopn I think they’ve failed in delivering a direct to consumer product and now they’re trying something else in hope it will work for them
@DJ_DENZEL_DR@Plutus_Support Wouldn’t say a scam. But if you do the math you’ll pay more than what you receive back. They’re also shit at pretty much everything that you’d expect a company to be good at, customer service, implementing new features, misleading people with false promises (Amazon gift cards)
@plutus I suggest everyone exit. Plutus will be collapsing soon and for the good. They do not know how to treat customers and they deserve everything they have coming to them.
@PeterGrass61744 @DDhopn@AlderDJ@Plutus_Support Yup exactly. He’s blocked me from replying to him directly. Nothing screams a successful business like the ceo having to sell his business plan on X 🤣
He thinks it’s a gotcha but yet blocks me so I can’t point out that the only way I’d be able to upgrade reward level would be to buy, as spending cap would prevent me from earning enough in time. Again, the ombudsman will love all this. Nice try 👏 #plutus#plutusuncensored
