They hear of these interactions and can see depression written all over student faces. They do not protect students from PI bullying, and it is horrific. I was too afraid to speak out when I was told to be quiet.
@ravenscimaven I always realize it looking back on situations. Thinking, wow, he really helped me in this situation, or supported me when I didn’t realize I needed it. Or, that situation could have been a whole lot worse had he not been patient with me, or kind, or thoughtful. ❤️
