Geologist. Bruins Fan. I name my female pets after male Finnish Goalies. Make of that what you will.
Pontificator on @BearlyonTopic. All opinions are my own.
@dominictiano Love and respect your work but based on the public lists and mock drafts it really seems like Hagens is significantly more likely to be available at 7 than either Desnoyers or Frondell (and thats with Hagens being the kind of player the public scouts like more than NHL scouts)
@PeterTenkrat This is correct. Senyshyn probably could have been a perfectly cromulent Mike Hoffman had the Bruins accepted that he was never gonna be more well rounded than that and leaned into it
@bretthoward_@OnlyBruinsPod Given that
A) Geekie has never done what he is now before
B) Thus, hes gonna command a big raise
C) Despite being more likely than not to *not* continue being what he is right now
D) Ergo, trade him while his value is sky high and let someone else regret his contract this summer
@Marcussi_MA How many draft picks did he make in the only 2 drafts that were relevant? How many in the first 2 rounds? HOW MANY??!
This friggin fanbase
Not gonna excuse the players here at all (they gotta be better and be better starting yesterday) but when they’re all shitting the bed like this in unison you’ve gotta yeet the coach into the sun ASAP
Charlie McAvoy - 0PTS in his last 8GP
Charlie Coyle - 1PT in 10GP
Elias Lindholm - 0PTS in his last 7GP
Hampus Lindholm - 0PTS in his last 5GP
Pavel Zacha - 1PT in his last 8GP
These are supposed to be BOS most reliable two-way leaders and producers outside of 88, and 63.
Really the Bruins could fix a lot by just waiving Tufte and Jones and calling up literally anyone (up to and including my 3 month old daughter) but apparently Don and Cam aren’t ready for that conversation yet
