Someone just shared a heartbreaking post by a walk in clinic in Ontario,

“Please be kind to our office staff; it is not their fault that our clinic is full for the day, or that healthcare is frankly broken."

Across the country, ER's are closing for lack of staff, millions don't have family doctors and there are long waits for specialists.
The provinces and territories will be getting an additional $46.2 billion directed at 4 boosting:
family health services,
health care staffing
mental health and substance use
and modernizing health records.

Well, it happened, folks. 3 hours after being admitted to hospital and literally 5 minutes before the scheduled time, my open heart surgery was cancelled and I was sent home. They “didn’t have the resources to care for you safely post-op.” I feel awful for the staff who had 1/2
