Dr. Ma organized and PAID FOR much of the overhead (tents/propane heaters/staff/wiring etc etc). This needs to be recognized not vilified by spiteful, overly rigid bureaucrats.

The real crisis in family medicine is that family doctors are subsidizing a broken and failing system.

How much a Canadian NP would’ve charged government insurance? I don’t know. I know that a Canadian physician, in Ontario would’ve charged maximum CA$87.35, but most likely CA$37.95. That’s how much Canadian physicians are underpaid. 👎

@plexuz @ellewilson @juliastmi Also the question is not whether she’s positive or not but how SICK she is. This is the most important of it all. Being +ve asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic doesn’t bother me at all.

We all masked for 2 1/2 years and most didn’t get any COVID but removing masks is reasonable for younger healthier vaccinated population now. Back then masks were our only protection. We have more tools now and must live with the virus 🤷‍♂️
