@BipolarUK @DrT_Gergel what a fantastic conference last night. I was finally diagnosed with Bipolar 1 Disorder a month ago whilst an inpatient, held under a section. I am a single parent and doctor. I sing. I picked up so many nuggets to help me live well 🤞so thank you.
