@Purpleella In my experience, Ed psych’s are aligned with the LA and have a very limited understanding of ND presentations and minimise issues so as not to identify a need that the LA would then have to fulfil. Also unable to see beyond the classroom model. Ie they want to fit child to env

I was never interested in applying for the #DClinpsych. The elitism of the application process was enough to put me off. #psychtwitter is currently confirming that the process remains as tedious and painful as ever. Something needs to change.
